Shore Capital Partners has acquired Denver-based ThrivePass, an employee benefits technology platform serving employers, brokers and PEOs. Financial terms were not disclosed. ThrivePass supports lifestyle spending accounts, rewards, tuition reimbursement, COBRA administration and pre-tax benefits.
