Signal Labs Acquires BrassRing to Build an Enterprise System of Attention on 25 Years of Talent Data
Jul 16, 2026
Signal Labs has acquired BrassRing, combining SignalOS™ with 25 years of talent outcome data across 172 countries and 42 languages. The platform will flag roles likely to stall, identify promising candidates and surface internal leadership potential before action windows close.

CHICAGO---Signal Labs today announced it has acquired BrassRing, the enterprise talent acquisition platform, as part of helping enterprises succeed through common challenges related to the Future of Work. The acquisition combines BrassRing's quarter century of talent outcome data, including Fortune 500 clients, with Signal Labs' SignalOS™ operating system. BrassRing runs hiring and onboarding for large enterprises that staff at high volume across regulated and global operations. Through its newly introduced Systems of Attention category, Signal Labs places SignalOS™, its operating system for enterprise attention, as a coordinating layer on the BrassRing platform, flagging roles likely to stall and candidates who resemble past hires who went on to lead. Behind the workflow sits the record of what happened after the hire: who stayed, who was promoted, and who eventually left.

Every enterprise is about to run two payrolls: one paid in salaries, one paid in tokens. Today they're managed in different systems, by different leaders, with different math. Signal Labs is building the single ledger where both appear side by side. Not to trade people for agents, but so leaders can finally see the full cost and the full value of how work actually gets done, and compose humans and AI accordingly.

"BrassRing has 25 years of hiring outcomes across 172 countries and 42 languages, and Signal Labs surfaces the signals that inform critical decisions," said Rajeev Ronanki, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Signal Labs. "We can tell a leader which five roles are most likely to fail this quarter, and which people already inside the building look like their next generation of leaders. That is the Future of Work we are helping enterprises build toward. People still make the decisions. What reaches them better informs and arrives in time to matter."

"For 25 years, our customers built the record that matters most, attracting and retaining top-tier talent," said Ryan Jackson, Head of Product Management at BrassRing. "Signal Labs reads those outcomes as signals a leader can act on in the moment, inside the platform teams already know. Now we can see and act on talent risk and outcomes proactively."

BrassRing stays in place for existing customers and open to new ones. It gains committed investment, a faster roadmap, and the option to add an attention layer no other applicant tracking system offers. Enterprises interested in early access can request a demo at signallabs.ai.
