The combination is designed to streamline the entire hiring lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—while delivering faster time-to-hire, improved candidate experiences, and enhanced workforce analytics. SmartRecruiters customers will retain the flexibility to use its solutions alongside SAP or other HCM systems.
