SAP SuccessFactors Compensation will add support for multiple PM Rating and Comp Rating fields within a single compensation template when its H2 2026 release ships, according to the SAP Community. The enhancement lets organizations independently map up to four performance rating dimensions — such as objectives, competencies, potential, and behaviour — to salary and stock compensation planning, with the new fields available across worksheets, filters, exports, and APIs.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation has launched a built-in acknowledgement feature that lets employees confirm receipt of their compensation statements directly within the platform, replacing manual follow-up workflows. The update adds a reportable acknowledgement toggle, a proxy-safe confirmation flow, and two new columns in the Reward Statement Generation Report — covering Compensation, Variable Pay, Combined, and Bonus Assignment statement types.
