Multiple PM Rating and Comp Rating Fields in Compensation Templates
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation will add support for multiple PM Rating and Comp Rating fields within a single compensation template when its H2 2026 release ships, according to the SAP Community. The enhancement lets organizations independently map up to four performance rating dimensions — such as objectives, competencies, potential, and behaviour — to salary and stock compensation planning, with the new fields available across worksheets, filters, exports, and APIs.
