AIMY™ allows coachees the ability to address short-term, sporadic challenges, as well as long-term goals. At the start of each session, coachees can select a coaching mode (Goal-based coaching, Situational Coaching and Role-Play) depending on their current challenge, or re-engage with a previous conversation to continue their building on their progress, including:
