WayUp is a career platform where US college students and recent graduates create profiles and get matched to jobs, internships, and recruiters across thousands of employers. It was founded in 2014 in New York City by Liz Wessel and JJ Fliegelman. In 2021 WayUp merged with early-talent recruiting company Yello, and the platform is now powered by Yello.
