Dayforce closes deal to acquire AI interviewing platform Ribbon

Dayforce has closed its acquisition of Ribbon, an AI interviewing platform, according to HR Brew. Ribbon's conversational AI voice and video interviewer, plus its AI sourcing and talent rediscovery tools, will be added to the Dayforce suite, with a focus on high-volume, frontline and hourly hiring. Financial terms and the closing date were not disclosed, and the deal follows Dayforce's launch of an Agentic HCM Platform.
