HR technology, every morning — wired to the companies and people behind it.
Today's HR-tech landscape is marked by a wave of AI-driven platform launches, with Salary.com unveiling its AI-native SalaryTalent talent management suite, Stand8 introducing an AI tool aimed at curbing candidate fraud in enterprise hiring, and HiringCafe securing $6.8 million to pursue untapped job market opportunities through AI talent agents. On the regulatory and compliance front, the EEOC is moving to enforce a subpoena against Hyundai over alleged non-Korean hiring discrimination, the NLRB has reverted to its first Trump-era employee misconduct standard, and Canada has tightened employer eligibility and restricted the Employer of Record model for LMIA applications. Rounding out the day, Darwinbox earned a top-two global ranking for applied AI in HCM from Gartner, Armanino expanded its human capital practice through the addition of UKG consulting firm Sability, and ADP has scheduled its first-quarter fiscal 2027 earnings announcement for October 28, 2026.

Warp has launched Warp Agent, the core of its Warp 2.0 release. It automates operational HR work such as onboarding, tax compliance and benefits administration, answers employee questions about pay and policy, and runs plain-language "routines" on a schedule or when triggered by events. It is available through an early-access program. The $85 million cited in some reports is Warp's total funding to date, including a $60 million Series B led by Battery Ventures in June 2026, not a new round. (Source: SiliconANGLE / Warp)
