AI Helps and Hinders, but Employees Can Get the Most Out of It With These 6 Skills

Gartner analyst CV Viverito, writing in Harvard Business Review, argues HR leaders should train employees on six core skills — spanning work-orchestration and AI oversight — rather than an ever-expanding skills checklist, noting that systems thinking alone improves AI-assisted performance by 1.6x, the company says.
