It partners with major HCM platforms—Oracle, SAP, and Workday—and also offers its own SaaS product, Strada Pay, a global payroll platform with embedded AI, analytics, and compliance safeguards. Strada was formed in July 2024 when H.I.G. Capital acquired Alight's Payroll and Professional Services business for up to $1.2 billion, spinning it out as an independent company. The business carries over 30 years of operating history from its Alight heritage and serves approximately 1,400 enterprise clients with a workforce of around 8,000 employees.
