Omnipresent was founded in 2019 by Guenther Eisinger and Matthew Wilson as a fully remote global-employment company. Its OmniPlatform and international employment specialists support compliant hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, expenses, HR guidance, immigration, contractor management, and offboarding across 180 countries and regions. Omnipresent announced a $120 million Series B in March 2022, a round that included its late-2021 pre-Series B and followed earlier seed and Series A financing. Deel acquired Omnipresent in October 2025; the business is now part of Deel's global people platform rather than an independently financed company.
