Boundless is a Dublin, Ireland-based global employment platform founded in 2019 by Dee Coakley and Emily Castles. As an Employer of Record (EOR) it enables companies to legally hire, onboard, pay and manage full-time remote employees in other countries without local entities, handling payroll, tax, benefits and employment compliance. It raised ~EUR 2.5M seed (2021, co-led by Ada Ventures and Fyrfly). In January 2026 Payoneer acquired Boundless to deepen its global workforce management capabilities.
