Formed in 2021 from the merger of Emsi and Burning Glass Technologies and rebranded Lightcast in 2022, it delivers skills taxonomies, real-time labor market data, talent analytics and workforce planning tools across 30+ countries. In October 2025 it acquired UK workforce-analytics consultancy Simply, extending its lead in skills intelligence.
