Founded in 2012 in São Paulo, Brazil by Cesar Carvalho, Vinicius Ferriani and Joao Barbosa and now headquartered in New York, it serves corporations offering health and wellbeing benefits to their staff. It raised $85M Series F at a $2.4B valuation.
