Chris Todd became CEO of wealth-management technology firm Envestnet in January 2025. He previously served as CEO of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), the HR and workforce-management software company formed from the Kronos–Ultimate Software merger, being promoted from president to CEO in July 2022 and departing in August 2024. A Yale-educated lawyer, he joined Kronos in 2007 and helped grow the combined business toward roughly $5 billion in annual revenue.
