Implementing Dayforce as the HCM Platform For the Americas

Brother International, the global home and office equipment manufacturer, partnered with HR technology consultancy HRchitect to implement Dayforce as its unified HCM platform across the Americas. HRchitect led the US and Canada rollout — covering modules including Payroll, Time, Benefits, Learning, Onboarding, and Succession Planning — while Dayforce directly managed the Latin American implementation, integrating with local payroll providers. The engagement replaced a fragmented multi-instance HCM environment that required manual cross-country data consolidation.
