Intermezzo Secures $10M to Revolutionize Global Payroll Infrastructure with AI-Driven Automation - FF News

Intermezzo, a Menlo Park-based AI-native global payroll infrastructure company, has raised a $10 million seed round led by Crosslink Capital, with participation from UKG Ventures, CloudPay, Character Capital, Behind Genius Ventures and other investors. Founded by former Intuit and Velocity Global technology leaders Siddharth Ram and Kumar Ramanathan, the company is building an API-first payroll infrastructure layer for HCM platforms, EOR providers and payroll bureaus.
