AI is the root of recruiters’ biggest stressors, survey says
A new Employ survey of more than 1,200 U.S. recruiters finds that AI-polished resumes have become the single biggest source of recruiter stress — the first time in the study's 19-year history that AI has topped that list. At the same time, satisfaction with primary recruitment technology has slid from 82% to 69% year-over-year, and 64% of respondents say they are at least somewhat likely to switch platforms within the next two years.
