New Workday Candidate Profile lets job seekers save their information once and reuse it on every Workday application
Workday announced Workday Candidate Profile at its Rising 2026 conference, a feature that lets job seekers save their professional information once and reuse it across every application submitted through a Workday-powered career site. The company says the feature is designed to cut application abandonment by pre-filling roughly 80% of standard fields using an email and a one-time code — no new account or password required. Workday claims this will make applying approximately 40% faster. Employers are not required to change their existing recruiting workflows. General availability for Workday Recruiting customers is targeted for early 2027.
