360training has acquired Atlantic Training, adding a 305-course catalog spanning OSHA, workplace safety, HR compliance, and soft skills — along with the WAVE EHS management software platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal broadens the Austin-based, PE-backed training company's commercial portfolio, which now spans more than 17 brands.
