AI is the root of recruiters’ biggest stressors, survey says
A new Employ survey of more than 1,200 U.S. recruiters finds that AI-polished resumes have become the single biggest source of recruiter stress — the first time in the study's 19-year history that AI has topped that list. At the same time, satisfaction with primary recruitment technology has slid from 82% to 69% year-over-year, and 64% of respondents say they are at least somewhat likely to switch platforms within the next two years.
Juicebox to acquire Fetcher assets; Fetcher's sourcing platform shuts down October 16
Juicebox, an AI recruiting platform, has agreed to acquire intellectual property and other assets from Fetcher, a talent sourcing and automation platform that is shutting down on October 16. Financial terms were not disclosed. Fetcher — founded in 2016, reportedly serving more than 1,500 customers and 5,000 recruiters, and having raised over $30M — is offering its customers an exclusive path to migrate to Juicebox through November 19.
