Larridin, a San Francisco startup building tools to help enterprises measure the value of artificial intelligence across their workforces, has closed a $30 million Series A funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $47 million.
Pelion Ventures led the round. Existing backers Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Gradient Ventures returned alongside a cohort of new investors: GFT, W23, Thayer, DG Daiwa Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and Cougar Capital.
The company's platform is designed to give enterprise buyers a consolidated view of how AI is performing across their organizations — tracking adoption rates, spend, productivity gains, and workflow efficiency for both human workers and autonomous AI agents. As enterprises deploy increasingly complex mixes of staff and agentic AI systems, quantifying the return on those investments has become a growing operational challenge, and one that HR, finance, and technology leaders are all being asked to solve.
Larridin plans to deploy the new capital toward accelerating product development and expanding its teams, according to the company. Specific headcount targets and product roadmap milestones were not disclosed.
The funding arrives as the market for AI observability, analytics, and ROI measurement tools heats up, with enterprises under growing pressure from boards and CFOs to demonstrate that AI spending translates to measurable business outcomes. Larridin's positioning — spanning both the human workforce and the emerging layer of AI agents — puts it at a distinctive crossroads of HR analytics and enterprise AI operations.
Proving AI's ROI has become one of the defining challenges of the current enterprise technology cycle — and it's a challenge that lands squarely on HR, finance, and IT leaders simultaneously. Larridin's bet is that enterprises need a dedicated intelligence layer to manage AI the way they manage headcount: with data on cost, output, and efficiency. The $47M raised so far, anchored by top-tier VCs, suggests the market agrees this category is real. For HR technology buyers in particular, a platform that treats AI agents as measurable workforce participants — not just software tools — represents a meaningful shift in how workforce analytics could evolve.
