HR Path has acquired ModusForce, a UK-based Dayforce consultancy, to expand its Dayforce and HCM capabilities across the UK and Ireland, the company announced. Terms were not disclosed.
ModusForce specializes in Dayforce and Dayforce HCM consulting — advisory, implementation, change and optimization — plus payroll, workforce management and managed support. Folding it in extends HR Path's Dayforce practice in two markets where HCM implementation talent is in short supply.
