Hundreds of employers handed penalties for illegally underpaying workers
The UK government has named 389 employers from across the UK for failing to pay the minimum wage to tens of thousands of workers. The enforcement list covers a broad set of firms, so HR and payroll leaders should check their pay-rate and minimum-wage compliance.
