Gator Strong Services Resolves EEOC Sexual Harassment Suit
Gator Strong, LLC and Gator Strong NC, LLC, which operate Gator Strong Services in Wilmington, N.C., agreed to pay $25,000 and provide other relief to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The EEOC announced the settlement. For HR leaders, it is a routine enforcement outcome on workplace harassment.
