Main Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in UK-Based Orgvue in First UK Platform Investment
Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in London-headquartered Orgvue, marking the software investor’s first platform investment in the UK. Orgvue provides cloud-based Strategic Workforce Management software used by close to 200 global enterprise customers, including HM Government, Mars, Danone and Aviva, and by more than 50 globally active consulting firms. The company employs approximately 250 professionals and operates across North America, EMEA and APAC. Main, which manages approximately EUR 12 billion in assets, plans to support Orgvue through continued product innovation, international expansion, deeper enterprise penetration and selective strategic add-on acquisitions. The deal reflects growing investor interest in workforce planning and organizational design software as enterprises move from periodic headcount planning toward continuous workforce modeling.
