TestGorilla Survey: Recruiters are Faster with AI, but Not More Confident They’re Finding the Right Candidates
A TestGorilla survey of US recruiters finds that while AI accelerated candidate search for 72% of respondents, one-third reported no improvement in confidence that they were finding the right hires, and 18% said their confidence actually declined.
