Rules of Practice and Procedure for Administrative Hearings Before the Office of Administrative Law Judges
The Department of Labor has finalized a rule requiring electronic filing in proceedings before its Office of Administrative Law Judges, following a proposal published January 11, 2021. The department reviewed public comments before adopting the rule. Exceptions apply for good cause shown and for self-represented parties.
