Bullhorn and the American Staffing Association have jointly launched "ASA | Bullhorn AI Job Impact," a monthly-updated dashboard measuring AI's real-time effect on U.S. job availability across occupations and age groups — according to Bullhorn. Rather than relying on forward-looking projections, the tool tracks actual hiring activity, giving staffing firms and workforce planners an early-signal view of where AI is displacing or reshaping roles.
