ZipRecruiter Announces Board of Directors Appointment
ZipRecruiter (NYSE: ZIP) has appointed Jeffrey Liaw to its Board of Directors, effective October 29, 2026, and Emily McEvilly has resigned from the board on the same date. CEO Ian Siegel said Liaw has scaled a major online marketplace. The move is a governance change at a recruiting marketplace, not a product or regulatory development.
