Recruitics CTO Austin Anderson to Lead New Agentic AI Foundation Group on Jobs and Hiring

Recruitics CTO Austin Anderson has been appointed to the Agentic AI Foundation's Applied Industries Committee, where he will lead a new Jobs and Hiring Special Interest Group. Recruitics joined the Linux Foundation-hosted AAIF as a Silver Member. The group will examine how agentic AI is reshaping hiring, including job discovery, applications, identity, authorization, and consent, and will build on Recruitics' Open Job Context Protocol for structuring job data for AI agents.
