Paychex has introduced WISE Hire, an AI-native, agentic recruiting solution it says helps businesses hire qualified talent about 4x faster. WISE Hire uses AI agents for candidate sourcing, recruiting and hiring coaching — tapping channels like Google for Jobs, Meta's local jobs marketplace and ChatGPT — while keeping human oversight over final hiring decisions.
