For women in the workforce, can AI be the ‘great equalizer’?

A newly formed AI Leadership Council — including representatives from Microsoft and Harvard — aims to help HR leaders assess how AI is affecting women in the workforce and develop practical frameworks around inclusive AI strategy, sponsorship, and decision-making access. The council is focused on ensuring AI adoption does not entrench existing gender inequities in workplace systems.
