Anthony Roofing to Pay $700,000 in EEOC Race and Sex Harassment Lawsuit

Anthony Roofing Tecta America LLC, an Aurora, Illinois roofing company, will pay $700,000 and provide other relief to settle a race and sex harassment lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The EEOC announced the settlement from Chicago. The case is an employer-compliance enforcement action over workplace harassment.
