Why it matters

Workplace-safety and compliance training is a fragmented, content-heavy market, and 360training is consolidating it. Atlantic adds a ready-made B2B catalog (OSHA, EHS, HR compliance) and its WAVE EHS software to a platform that already spans 17-plus brands and 21 million-plus certificates. For HR and EHS buyers, it points to fewer, larger vendors owning the regulated-training layer; for 360training's private-equity backers (GreyLion and Vestar), it is another bolt-on in a build-up strategy across regulated industries — construction, manufacturing and energy — where mandatory certification is recurring revenue.
