Wellfound is a talent marketplace and AI recruiting platform aimed at startups, offering free job postings (Wellfound Jobs), self-serve AI candidate sourcing (Wellfound Reach), and managed recruiting (Wellfound Autopilot). The product began within AngelList, whose recruiting portal launched in 2012, and in November 2022 AngelList Talent was spun out as an independent company and rebranded as Wellfound. AngelList was founded in 2010 in San Francisco, where the business is based.
