Stratigens is a talent intelligence platform developed by The Talent Intelligence Company (3n Strategy), founded in 2017 by Alison Ettridge in Newport, Wales. Its data scientists combine proprietary algorithms with labor-market data to help companies identify new skill pools, decide where to grow, relocate or retain talent, and support M&A. Having partnered with Lightcast data since 2022, it was acquired by Lightcast in August 2024 to enhance talent-intelligence and workforce-planning capabilities across EMEA.
