Reflektive is a performance management platform that helps HR teams move beyond annual reviews with real-time feedback, goal management, 360-degree reviews, check-ins, recognition, engagement surveys, and people analytics. Founded in 2014 and based in San Francisco, it served more than 450 client organizations. In January 2021 it was acquired by PeopleFluent, a subsidiary of Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG), for approximately US$14.2 million, and its capabilities are now offered within the PeopleFluent talent management portfolio.
