Qualifi is an Indianapolis-based high-volume hiring platform that lets recruiters send, share, and track audio-based, on-demand asynchronous phone interviews, with responses transcribed and relayed to hiring teams. Because every candidate receives the same automated screening, it says the approach reduces unconscious bias. It raised $4.5M in 2023 co-led by mxv Capital and Rally Ventures.
