Its modules include collaborative case management, business process automation, electronic document management, a personalised knowledge base, a self-service portal, and onboarding/offboarding workflows with analytics. The platform integrates with major HCM suites such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM, and is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant. Founded in France in 2001 (formerly known as Wincall), Neocase generated approximately €16 million in revenue in 2024 and served more than 100 clients across 180 countries, covering over five million employees. In December 2025, Sopra Steria (Euronext Paris: SOP) completed the acquisition of Neocase to bolster its Sopra HR business, making Neocase a subsidiary of Sopra Steria.
