About
Keep Company partners with employers to support employees who are parents and caregivers, preventing burnout and reducing attrition. Its certified coaches lead small groups of similarly-situated parents and caregivers through a 12-week program followed by a year of support. In April 2024 it raised $1.4M to expand its team and launch products including Care Census, which lets employers anonymously quantify working parents and caregivers on staff, bringing total funding to ~$2M since its 2022 founding.
