Honest Jobs
National fair-chance employment marketplace connecting people with criminal records to second-chance employers; acquired by Orijin.
About
Honest Jobs is a national fair-chance hiring platform connecting justice-impacted individuals with employers open to second-chance hiring, offering job matching, reentry resources and an employer network focused on reducing recidivism through employment. Founded in 2018 by formerly incarcerated entrepreneur Harley Blakeman, it became the nation's largest fair-chance employment platform. In February 2026 it was acquired by Orijin (formerly APDS) to build an education-to-employment pathway for justice-involved individuals.
