CompTrak is a compensation-management software platform that helps organizations administer incentive, equity and merit-review compensation plans for their employees. Founded in 2012 and based in the Toronto area of Canada, it was co-founded by Perry Doody and Lasse Silegren. In June 2023 CompTrak was acquired by compensation-software vendor HRsoft and became part of that company.
