Steven C. Cooper is the former President and CEO of TrueBlue, Inc. (NYSE: TBI), a Tacoma-based staffing and workforce solutions company (PeopleReady, PeopleScout, PeopleManagement). He led TrueBlue as CEO from 2006, retired in 2018 to serve as board chairman, returned as CEO in June 2022 and stepped down in September 2023 when Taryn Owen was promoted to President and CEO; he retired from the company at the end of 2023.
