Dave Guilmette was named CEO of Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT), a cloud-based human capital and benefits administration technology company, in August 2024 after joining its board that May. He previously led Aon's Global Health Solutions and Cigna's Global Employer Segment. He stepped down as Alight CEO on December 31, 2025, succeeded by Rohit Verma.
