Greg Harris transitions from CEO to Board Member after over 20 years of leadership

OMAHA, Neb.May 1, 2025  -- Quantum Workplace, an award-winning employee engagement and performance management platform, today announced the appointment of Joe Holland as Chief Executive Officer. Co-Founder and CEO Greg Harris will remain actively involved as a member of the Board of Directors.

Holland is a seasoned executive with a track record of scaling and driving successful outcomes for high-impact, mission-driven companies. He joins Quantum Workplace after serving as CEO of Teachers Pay Teachers ("TpT"), the leading platform for teacher-created educational content. Holland led TpT to reach over 80% of U.S. teachers, expanded its product offerings, and oversaw its sale to IXL Learning. Prior to TpT, he served as CFO of WeddingWire, helping guide the company through years of rapid growth prior to its merger with The Knot.


Holland joins Quantum Workplace at a pivotal moment, as the company—which serves thousands of organizations nationwide—continues to scale its platform, accelerate product innovation and strengthen its mission to make work better every day.
