New Jersey Minimum Wage Rises to $16.48 on Jan. 1

New Jersey's minimum wage will rise to $16.48 per hour for most workers on January 1, 2027, up 56 cents, with separate rates applying to seasonal businesses, small employers, farm workers, long-term care direct care staff, and tipped workers, according to HR Morning.
