How Monster.com’s Founder Is Reimagining the Job Board

Monster.com founder Jeff Taylor has launched BoomBand, an AI-powered recruiting platform that replaces traditional job boards with what the company calls an "opportunity arena," using AI embeddings for outbound candidate matching and a multi-dimensional "dossier" in place of the résumé, according to Job Board Consulting. The platform has launched regionally across New England's roughly five million workers, with national expansion planned after refining its matching models on local hiring data.
