Introducing Organizational Modeling in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
SAP has introduced an Organizational Modeling capability within SuccessFactors Employee Central, enabling HR teams to plan, simulate, and execute org-structure changes directly in the platform. The feature targets a longstanding gap in core HCM — giving HR leaders a native tool to model workforce restructuring before committing changes.
